Breathe of fresh air! It was amazing to deal with a company that regularly update you and can answer an email on the same day! The people who work there were helpful and kind. Although a lot is done online the continued updates via phone call is a great touch and makes life that bit easier being able to ask questions to a human being. They made this so easy I hardly had to do anything which helps with my busy life. Definitely recommend! Thank you!

We recently completed on our remortgage, and our chosen provider used Enact as a conveyancer. We found them really easy to deal with; the online case tracker is really helpful for uploading and receiving documents, as it's all in one place. They were quick to respond to any questions we had and kept us up to date on progress - usually via the tracker, which suited us well as we can't always take calls during working hours. On the occasions we spoke via phone, Enact were friendly and helpful and resolved our queries quickly.

Enact were the conveyancing team that my bank used to assist with my remortgage. Most things are dealt with via the online portal which is a dream to use and really straightforward. You can monitor progress, download and upload documents as well as communicate directly with your allocated conveyancer. You can also speak to a member of the team by phone if necessary and my experience is that all queries are dealt with quickly and concisely. The whole process for me was done and dusted within 3 weeks from start to finish. Would I recommend Enact....absolutely. A great company to deal with. Thank you.

Excellent actually. Firstly they will answer the phone all the way up to 6.30pm…. This is unheard of… & you’ll actually speak to a real and genuine human being who can access their systems and tell you what’s going on. As is usual… I did need to follow up a few times, mostly to respond to their questions. Compared to all other remortgage experience I’ve had this is easily the best one and most efficient. Many thanks take care and all the best I’d happily use you again.
