A thoroughly professional company,Very high quality stuff.We were lucky enough to buy a second hand sprinter camper which was fitted with a Jumbo awning" made by the awning company.We were delighted to find that we can buy spare parts for this from the company.Not only that there is a lovely guy called Lucas In the spares dept who explained how it all worked and helped me work out the parts I needed .What an asset he is to that company.The whole awning is very very very high quality and very well made and strong.I would without hesitation recommend to anybody to buy products from this company .You will not be disappointed.And the awning when you look at it is fantastic

Having recently taken possession of used Vehicles that had been fitted with equipment from the Awning Company. I found to my dismay and inconvenience that the equipment had been mistreated and or lost by the previous users, some of the equipment was not fit for purpose. A couple of emails and phone calls to Melissa at the Awning Company, who could not be more helpful, and my issues have been rectified and fixed in the timescale quoted and to an exceptionally high standard. Even going as far as replacing some items with brand new pieces.Nothing is too much trouble for this organisation. Their product is of an exceptionally high standard and is extremely functional for our purposes and is easy to build and take down.If you are looking for an Awning or related equipment, I would without hesitation Highly recommend the Awning Company.Colin Walker Lancashire County Council
