I was completely disappointed with today's journey. On our way to Chastworth House PeakLine 218 arrived at a random time half an hour after it's scheduled departure (therefore we had less time to spend there). Even worse, on the way back two of the scheduled buses did not arrive at all making us and many others wait in the freezing cold for an hour. Finally the bus arrived at a random time again but making us miss our train to London just by two minutes (even though we planned over 50 minutes extra just in case). I think it's outrageous. If you know that there's an increased traffic because of the Christmas market and exhibition please do something about it instead of wasting people's time and money. I would like to be contacted by a member of staff with an explanation and a refund.
