I find the salon quite exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble I getting things exact to meet the wishes of the customers. I have been a client for several years and have always been pleased with results. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

Great salon! Staff are really welcoming and make you feel they have known you for years! Really nice vibe to the place and nothing is too much trouble for my stylist Corey. She is so lovely and my hair looks amazing every time I leave ☺️

You’re always in professional hands at Options. A very well managed salon - staff are highly trained, friendly and accommodating, and always spend time to talk through what you want before they start. A welcoming and friendly atmosphere too. I would definitely recommend Options to anyone wanting a good quality salon without it being too extortionate.

The salon is friendly and spotless, the staff are always obliging and are happy to discuss things with you beforehand.I had Courtney today who is really knowledgeable and excellent at her job. I have been using Options for years and would recommend them without any hesitation.

A friendly/professional service from the reception to the end result. Great quality products used throughout. All the team are so lovely and the place has a real family feel. My hairdresser (Pauline) is a perfectionist with great attention for detail, highly skilled and will always leave you feeling your best. She is a pleasure to be around. I would highly recommend Options, great experience!

Changing hairdressers can be daunting but I needn’t have worried. Michelle was recommended to me and she has been absolutely fabulous. I’ve changed styles and recently had a colour and Michelle has been so kind and patient in helping me decide what to have. She always listens and offers really useful advice. The whole salon has a really lovely feel and everyone that works there is very friendly creating a lovely relaxed atmosphere. It really is a fab place and I can’t recommend it highly enough.

This is a first class salon with a lovely welcoming team. I have used this salon several years . They go above and beyond in customer satisfaction. The stylists are trained to a very high standard. Cannot praise them enough. Always happy when my hair is done here.
