Travelodge Enfield

I booked here as my regular premier inn at Waltham Abbey was fully booked.The rooms air con does not work. When reporting this to the staff, I was told that it only operates on the ground and 1st floor.The separate child bed that they placed in the room was broken and I had to use the dustbin in the room to prop up the bed in the middle.I did report this to the manager. They advised it was reported to the service staff, but nothing was changed.I only found out from the manager in the morning of me checking out that the only option was to relocate me and my family to another hotel.You do have to pay to park.The rooms are very basic.The price I paid was more expensive than expected.

Iba a hacer una reserva en este hotel,ya que venían unos amigos míos a verme,cuando entre allí,pedí información sobre los precios y parecía que el personal me estaba haciendo un favor por atenderme.Luego tras ver las opiniones de Google y la de un cliente de allí que me recomendó que no alojará allí a mis amigos,decidí irme.

If you like waiting after a long trip before you get into your room. Not the fastest people, but friendly. Breakfast is a little bit later. But good and tasty.

Disastrous experience in my stay. The rooms have no air conditioning (hell in the heat wave), and many of the staff barely knew what they were doing. Terribly noisy from late night truck traffic.

This Trave lodge is in Enfield off of the A 10. EN1.My daughter and her three children were there as she is a victim of domestic violence. She is on the run from a very violent and abusive ex.My daughter has several types of epilepsy and has many fits because of the stress and abusive behaviour from the manager.The manager Elena is a delight if she takes a dislike to you she kicks you and your vulnerable children out. She apparently know Jo Boydell so she throws her weight around.I have emailed Jo Boydell and all of the people in the top management. I have call news papers and the TV stations which were there about a month ago.This Elena woman is disgrace to this company and to all the vulnerable women and children who seek safety and refuge there. I'm won't give up till I get reply or this woman is sacked for abuse of power.There are lots of vulnerable families looking for a safe place till they can be rehoused.Avoid all travel lodges as protest of abuse to the vulnerable in our society.

The bed pillows in our room were filthy dirty, even though the pillowcases were clean. Asked for them to be changed but the housekeeping manager said that they had no spare pillows and it was outside of their control. The hotel was quite full of overseas families on long term occupancy, this probably accounted for the shortage.

Five Members of staff milling around. No one interested in serving customers.Given a room card, went to room opened the door, and there was someone else in it! Return to reception, vague apology and supplied with the new room card. Only rooms available were on the Road side. Extremely noisy most of the night, traffic wise even with window closed. No Aircon so a very hot room.Only Plus was that room clean. Would not stay there again!

Possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in… checking in staff were so unprofessional and rude…. The room in fairness was as expected with wear and tear, and looked like it needed a good clean….But the noise from the road outside was terrible. Bikes and cars racing off the lights all through the night. Window closed literally made no difference. A good night’s sleep you will not get!!Oh and after paying rip off prices for the room your expected to pay for car parking…Enjoy
