I've seen a massive benefit from my sessions with Richard. I'm not normally someone who finds it easy to talk to someone I don't know, but Richard put me at ease and found the hour flew by. The sessions have helped me to regain confidence that I thought was nonexistent and has helped me look at how I can move forward in the future. I would highly recommend Richard and hope that you can benefit from his help as much as I have done.

Friendly and professional. Rates are VERY reasonable and its right in the middle of Preston, so it's easy to get to by train, car and bus. :)

I went to richard with really bad anxiety issues and felt quite depressed because of it. We did counseling and we looked at my fears. Im mending much better now and can go back to work a confident person. My manager said im like anew man. Thanks richard,more people shouldnt be embarrased to look for help!
