The staff are always friendly, professional,courteous nothing is to much for them. Wealth of knowledge & advice. Love seeing Montserrat, Amiee, Chantel all the beautiful ladies!!! Love going to Maddox Street clinic easily in the heart of the Westend for abit of shopping after my treatment, very sad that this site is closing down. MISS YOU ALL.. Can't recommend this clinic enough, I've been coming here for a number of years for various treatments and have always enjoyed the friendliness and professionalism. Montse the clinic manager is so kind and always makes me feel welcome, it's lovely to come to a place that feels warm and friendly. Amie who I've seen over the last couple of years for some laser treatment is just fantastic I'm always booking in advance to make sure I see her - so friendly and fun and makes the whole experience a joy! Thank you for making me always feel welcome & see you again soon!

Best place for laser in London.Lovely staff from when you walk into the clinic you are greeted with a smile. I normally see Amy for my laser treatment, she is kind, very experienced and professional at her job. Would definitely recommend this clinic.

I have been coming to the clinic since 7 to 8 years. I had not made it to one of my appointments and it was a family emergency, i had to travel to another city due to a death in my family and couldn’t ring in the clinic and request them to reschedule my appointment. They took the lower face session out of my package. I rang in a few days later to apologise and request them to re-instate but they refused and Moxi who is the clinic manager was extremely rude! She said as destination skin has been bought by skin clinics, they cannot do much about it and skin clinics (new brand name) is extremely strict. But when I had bought the package, i bought it with destination skin and not with skin clinics for one and two i have been a loyal customer for nearly a decade, all they could do was to ensure i was dealt in a fair manner

I got a hydrafacial. Very unprofessional, not relaxing at all, the lights were on and the room was freezing. I asked should I take my jumper off to do my neck and she said no so I was lying there with my jumper on. A facial should include the neck.Still have blackheads on my nose & overall just not happy with the outcome on my skin. When I usually get a hydrafacial elsewhere it’s a totally different outcome and experience. I definitely won’t be back.I paid 160 for the facial & it definitely was not worth it at all.

The staffs are very helpful and welcoming. Exceptionally clean environment and calm ambience. Aimee the therapist who did my Hydrafacial was superamazing. She was very engaging. She explained the process every step of the way and made me understand what she was doing. She was very meticulous about everything. Seems passionate about it. My skin looks so amazing. Its definitely money well spent. I highly recommend.

The staff are super knowledgeable and welcoming. You really can rely on their advice as they are so professional and honest. None of them tried to get me to buy any of their other products like other places do. They advised only on what I was there for and discouraged me from having treatments that would not work for me. The place is very clean with a nice and calm ambience.
