This is the worst boots I've ever been too, the staff are incredibly miserable and rude. Especially one particular lady who is often on pharmacy and when put on the tills, clearly begrudges it. Anything you ask for is met with a sigh. Despite me being very friendly. If you hate people then perhaps get a less customer focused role?! Boots normally had the loveliest staff... Not here. Crack a smile!

Worst pharmacy ever! Literally had to wait 45 mins for the pharmacist to put 2 stickers on a box and put it in a bag! Absolute joke and waste of space!

Absolutely Disgusted. Just seen a clinically vulnerable customer turned away for a flu jab for being 10 minutes late, despite standing in the pharmacy queue for the entire time. Apparently they should have said something, yet nobody from the pharmacy team asked if anyone was waiting for a flu jab, and there are no signs saying to make yourselves known. The attitude of the pharmacy assistant was appalling, she couldn’t give a toss and just stood there mouth open shrugging her shoulders. Utterly Pathetic. Avoid like the plague.

Nice place, but it needs to change name, why ? Because transaction name is Boots,bourne. I like the perfume and price was not bad, it could be a little lower, because I work in factory. I payd 68 pounds so it's about 7 hours in factory more or less.

I was here the other day to pick up my prescription. One of the staff members was so rude to me and when she handed me my prescription she practically threw it at me. I will be changing pharmacies and never coming back.

Prescription service is a joke. They say they need 7 days because the surgery often doesn't issue to them for 4 days but I check every time and it's always done within 1. They say they have a text service to remind you when to submit your repeat prescription and another that tells you when it's ready for collection, I get neither. Try to call the shop for an update and the phone is constantly engaged. If you do get a dial tone it just rings for ages then disconnects you ......Useless. I only put 1 star because you can't leave less. And don't get me started on the one long queue for everything. Have now moved my prescription service elsewhere.

Popped in to buy a product over the counter .Was informed that due to my age (60+) they could not sell it to me I could only get it on prescription ! So I went next door to Superdrug and bought it there off the shelf no problem!Surprised they are still in business .....

Very frustrating. Phone isn't picked up so have to mske a 40 minute roubd trip just to see if prescription is in. It would take 2 minutes fo staff to puck up and give me this information
