Inverness Rooms

I had a very comfortable night sleep in a private, double room. It was quiet, felt safe and had an excellent shower in a large bathroom. I will stay again.

Very quiet for being next to the main road, rooms were spotless, just needed some handy men to fix some things in the place. The TV was fairly a pain to use, as was just looking for a normal free view tv, but I couldn't even find the news. But lots of other things to watch.

Mi pareja y yo hicimos una reserva para el sábado 27 de Mayo vía Booking. Recibimos un mensaje de confirmación de la reserva y se especificó un número de cuenta bancaria para realizar la transferencia del importe total de la noche, tras la cual se enviarían unas instrucciones y código para acceder a la vivienda y obtener las llaves. Tras realizar la transferencia jamás recibimos el código y el dueño del negocio no contestó ni a nuestros emails ni llamadas telefónicas. Nos quedamos sin alojamiento en Inverness ya que el resto de hoteles/hostales estaban ocupados. Este negocio corre al cargo de Donald Maclean, un hombre que de forma bastante desagradable contactó con nosotros a la semana siguiente diciendo que era nuestra culpa por no haber realizado una búsqueda online en Google sobre su perfil. Su responsabilidad, como dueño del alojamiento, fue deplorable. Además, jamás se nos devolvió la cantidad pagada.No recomiendo bajo ningún concepto reservar en este alojamiento ni en ningún otro de los que corren a cargo de este hombre. Espero que esta opinión sirva para mucha gente que no se vea afectada por esta experiencia tan horrible.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Arranged a one night booking here via popular Booking site. When we arrived we still hadn’t received the access code to get into the building despite chasing and the owner did not respond to calls, texts or emails so we had to arrange some very last minute emergency accommodation. They then refused to give a refund and were very rude on the phone when it was THEIR mistake. If you read through the reviews on Booking you’ll see countless examples of people from all over complaining about the poor service and dreadful conditions of the accommodation. Considering the number of people staying here from overseas, I hate to think of the awful impression it made on their holiday in the UK considering the number of reviews saying how awful their stay was. Again, if you need somewhere to stay in Inverness, AVOID THIS PLACE.
