This place is a really cute and functional place to stay. The room has a comfortable bed, a refrigerator, and plenty of outlets. The common area has a stove top, microwave, dishes, cookware, etc. The location is easy to get to via mass transit - the Translink G1 is a 3 min walk from the hotel. I am currently sitting in the little patio area in the back. Great communication, very accommodating!

Very, Very slow service with only one person behind the bar on a busy Wednesday. Beautiful old style pub with lots of original fixtures and fittings. Enjoyed the Buzz" in the property . If you get lucky

We were a party of 7 adults staying for 3 nights. We found the accommodation smelling and looking clean and comfortable. It was a beautiful house with lots of information about Belfast. The hostess was lovely, responsive and informative. We had a wonderful holiday. The only draw back was there was not a huge communal area in terms of sofas but there was plenty of seating and chairs for everyone. Therefore it was not a huge problem nor did it take away from the experience.

Ruth is a great host, very friendly and helpful. Her three townhouses are very clean, have modern installations and tasteful furniture. It is located right in front of a recently fully deconstructed spa-like historic bath. We really enjoyed our stay

Forget the claim of 4 star, Titanic Guest Boutique is no more than the 2 star rating on Google. Our double room had a third bed squeezed into it which prevented us relaxing comfortably or accessing the windows. The bathroom was tiny and needed maintenance, the staff were unresponsive and MIA and the decor cheap and nasty. The information in our guest area was inaccurate to the point of being false advertising and guests do not get what what they paid serious money for. Avoid this rip off.

Came in very early before check in, the lady greeting us was very friendly and chatty letting us know about the city and offered for our bags to be kept there whilst we left until check in, the room was fantastic so clean with lots of space with a nice shower. There is even blankets on the bed which I loved. There is a kitchen space we didn’t use downstairs but it looked very handy and would have loved to get the chance. There is also an outdoor area which was so well kept and pretty. Also free wifi!! On check out the ladies made sure we had a lovely stay. The location is good as it’s easy to get to the city centre on foot, and there’s lots of restaurants around for food too, however the streets are busy and the view isn’t great, but other than that our stay was perfect!

Early check in wasn't an issue. We were met by someone on arrival but it wasn't obvious who they were. They did offer help carrying our suitcase to the first floor. The room smelt nice and was bright and overlooked the street lined with blooming trees. It was a little warm in the room even though it was cold outside bit better than being too cold I guess. There were some nearby places to eat and the titanic experience was a short cab ride away. Tea coffee and biscuits on the room and clean bedding and towels.
