Terrible experience from start to finish. Brought in a laptop that wouldn't get past the boot screen or sometimes even turn on (flashing and turning off repeatedly). Had the laptop returned with a £36 charge for a Service" and a "Screen Fix"

Visited the shop today and had superb service. Kyle explored my options to buy with no pressure and I believe he helped my get the best one for my needs at a very reasonable price. He was then extremely patient and expert in setting the new machine up and transferring the material from my old machine as I wanted.Highly recommended.
