Visited Scotcast to purchase a Go Kart costing approximately £500.00. Only person to acknowledge us in the sales room was a young and very pleasant young man who could not have been more helpful. However we asked about five questions who the young man had to go ask his boss the answers. This continued for about 10 mins with no senior rep coming to speak to us . As I wanted to place the order with a Scottish company unfortunately with regret following the extremely poor service I have placed the order elsewhere . Would like a response from Scotcast management. We have absolutely no problem with the young man who tried to help us but had no assistance from his management.

I was sent here by a builder to pick up some render. It took 15 minutes for someone to bring it from the warehouse, despite two Bell rings and two employees asking the warehouse guy to do his job. He put it in my car and when I got home it was all burst over my car, difficult to transport and pour. Absolutely appalling service. The only reason I gave it any stars was the people on desk and forklift guy were pleasant.
