Dan is a top bloke so knowledgeable and very happy to help , others had attempted to fix a navien boiler and Dan quickly worked out the faults and shared his knowledge of the boilers with me for future install we carry out , highly recommend.

I can highly recommend Dan from Prime Fusion,.. following an installation of our Navien oil boiler that wouldn’t operate correctly, not one but three plumbing companies were unable to sort the faultsDan was instructed by Navien customer service to inspect and rectify the issues I am pleased to say he nailed the faults, and we now have a superb Navien heating system backed up by the manufacturers and a truly skilled engineer Prime Fusion …thank you Dan
