Good quality haircuts and good prices. Why only three stars? Because two times in a row I’ve been turned away because the lady has turned me away because she was too busy even though I only see one other person waiting. I only get simple gents haircuts about 15 minutes and I went there regularly. I gave her a second chance because I considered her service worth it and was happy to wait but the same thing happened again. I’m not going back just to get turned away a third time, which is a shame. Good service but poor business to turn away a regular.

Fair cut at a fair rate. Please take Gazels comment with a pinch of salt. I was one of those customers and the reaction was quite the opposite. She stormed into the shop, shouting and demanding a 6 pound refund. She was extremely rude shouting how her child was discriminated against and how she was going to report them. The barbers identified her as a ‘woman’ and charged her as such. It’s grossly unfair to say they discriminated where they identified her child as female. To her defence, there is no quoted prices for females displayed and if they do choose to charge ladies rates, they should display this in future.

Turned up at 6pm on a Thursday. Open till 7pm. Lady cutting hair with one person waiting. Said not enough time to see me. Don't mean to sound harsh but 20 mins max for a gents haircut. Would have had more than enough time to fit me in at the end of the day. Giving 2 stars as the chap i seen a few months back at the same barbers was excellent and I was in and out and paid in 15 mins. Don't say open till 7 and get to 6 and say not enough time. Say new customers till 6 and leave it at that.

Very rude woman working at this shop. She over charged my child because they had a female voice she scharged £20 instead of £14 as stated on their price list. The haircut did not even last more than 10 mins. When I went back to query this she was very rude and shouted at me in front of other customers. They discriminate against non binary people and charge what they want!

We've been visiting the town and my husband spoted your lovely shop so he gave it a try. It's the best haircut he had in months, I loved it. Thank you !

After many years of trying different barbers in Braintree this is now my go to. The service is always very friendly and shop very clean and tidy. The Staff are very hard working and give me the cleanest skin fade and beard shape up every time. Prices are very fair if your looking for a sharp trim this is the place to go. Thankyou :)
