Hi Great service from the owner sorted me out on the day i actually went in to order, they were quick in giving me refund for all materials that were not used.. I went back when i needed more tiles of the same design because i was short and the next day they were ready for me..Priced me up quite cheap compared to another company in town.Delivery was made within the time frame given,great service from all staff there Thank you keep up the good work..The tiles i bought from you has transformed my kitchen completely..Thanx yusuf.

Large place with car park and easy to get to. Lots of selection to choose from. However slightly pricy on tiles but great on prices of adhesive, spacers etc. Actually better than other places with regards to the latter. Worth a visit. The family that run the place are nice and kindly spoken. I wish them all the best.

Ordered tiles on a Sunday which were going to be ordered for delivery. The next day after some thought we changed our mind and ask for this to be cancelled and for a refund. The worker stated that this was fine but the owner was not around for this to be done and to come back the next day. The very next day the owner said that a refund could not be given and not even an exchange because these were a ‘special’ order and that he already placed the order on the phone to the warehouse. Taking into consideration he said he ordered the tiles at 11am on the Monday and we arrived at at the store at 10am that morning to ask for the refund. Very bad customer service and would not recommend with how I was spoken to by the young man stating it was my fault.

Ordered tiles, that on the day delivery did not arrive and were subsequently notified that the wrong tiles had been delivered to the store. We were only told of this error after ringing mutliple times. Poor communication and poor service on the whole.
