I am very impressed by Alchemy & I, offering above and beyond any other salon experience. Every single team member are amazing and very caring during your visit. I love that their sparkling water is actually chilled with fresh lemon or orange slices. Their hair wash room are beds with blankets, a complete spa ambience, with great lighting and music. First time i have never had to deal with neck pain during a wash & treatment. The whole salon is equally a beautiful atmosphere with great music and menu. My stylist Dawn understands my hair journey and is always applying great colour and cut techniques. I trust Dawn and feel in safe hands during my appointments. I look forward to being a life long member.

I recently tried the Olaplex treatment with the Fusio-Dose treatment and I'm thrilled with the results! My blonde hair feels incredibly soft and healthy. The staff was fantastic, making the whole experience enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I’ve been getting my haircut regularly with Miriam and love everytime I visit. Salon is clean, with a fun and busy atmosphere. The head massage with my shampoo is wonderful. Would highly recommend to anyone. I’ve visiting probably every salon in Berkhamsted over the last 11 years and this is the one I’ll be sticking with.

What an amazing experience! This is such a lovely salon, everything felt indulgent and like great care had been taken over it. Abbie is a brilliant stylist and I felt like she really understood what I wanted, I’m so happy with the colour and cut and will definitely be back.

I had my hair cut with Abbey couple months ago and what a lovely experience it was. Abbey was lovely and friendly made me feel Very welcomed and comfortable. She listened and gave me a hair cut and a blow dry exactly how I wanted. Im very happy and will be coming back :)

This was by far the nicest experience I’ve ever had in a hairdressers. After moving from central London I’ve been looking for a good new hairdressers and came across Abbie and I’m truly so lucky I did!! From the second I met her I just knew that one; we’d get along and two; she knew exactly what she was doing. She has the most perfect level of professionalism and I genuinely enjoyed our conversations. The whole experience at Alchemy & I was perfect from start to finish and everyone is so friendly I never went without a drink (and omg the hair washing experience makes me want to come back weekly just for that!). I am really happy with my hair cut/ colour and style and 100% would recommend Abbie and Alchemy & I. Very glad I have found Abbie who’s someone I’ll continue to go to now :)

Teodora is fab! She knew exactly what I wanted when I didn't, she is lovely to chat to and has magic hands when it comes to a head massage. The cut, colour and finish were perfect.
