This is a great team, they handle my dogs very well all 3 of them.. I have a dog who smells of wee and has for years!! I tried everything and everywhere. I tried here and I won't go anywhere esle they have done a brilliant job and she doesn't smell finally!! Brilliant team would recommended.

I have 3 bichon frise dogs of mixed ages (12, 6 and 1) and the ladies at The Groom Room have always been lovely. Very caring when it comes to each dogs' individual needs (my older one has little lumps and bumps on her now for example) and I feel reassured leaving my dogs with them.

Very disappointed.the salon was heaving with dogs and a very strong unpleasant smell when I picked my dog up after their groom. The cut was well below her last visit with tufts of fur left sticking out and uneven shaving and even though I advised they should muzzle my dog whilst clipping her claws I was told that they had left her last paw unclipped due to her aggressiveness and as she was performing ‘ death throes’?.. they felt they were unable to continue. Will not be returning, the place looked in complete disarray and very unkempt. Very unprofessional.
