I just wanted to say thanks for the excellent and speedy service. I needed to get my hands on a copy of this years ACSI CampinCard guidebooks as quick as possible and although I was prepared to collect from you direct, I was given an assurance that this wouldn't be necessary and so it proved. The books arrived as promised 24 hours later. Excellent service and advice from real motorhome and campervan experts.

All the staff I have spoken to have been very helpful and knowledgeable, going the extra mile to answer my queries. We found the 'All the Aires France' books invaluable this spring on our first tour abroad - money well spent. We found some lovely places to stay, and the directions and descriptions were clear and accurate.When we returned I intended to comment on the aires we stayed at, but on reading the section at the back of the books, realise I should have taken photos- something to bear in mind next time.(NB- the one aire we couldn't find was because we were hoodwinked by a spurious motorhome waste water disposal sign at a carpark next to a campsite- we were convinced it was the correct place even though the location didn't agree with the book directions, because of this sign! Our mistake - think we need to invest in a satnav so we can use GPS!)
