Yet again a first class service from the team. Unfortunately we lost both of our parents within 6 weeks but nothing. Was ever too much for Bella and the team. Constant check ins to make sure we were ok, Any queries dealt with promptly and all with compassion.Keep up the great work Roses

There should be more stars available for this amazing team at Middlesbrough Kelsey is an absolute star in your team she looked after my wifes funeral with care and compassion and really got know the family and my wife and truly did go above and beyond the little touches she did that we wouldn’t have thought of are truly remarkable and she made the day go smoothly as possible absolutely amazing team thankyou from all the family

Honestly. Roses funeral directors went above and beyond quite literally for my fiancés funeral. I’m not from the area, so went with recommendations and peoples comments were not wrong! They are the most respectful people I’ve ever come across, I’d like to specifically mention Jamie & Kelsey, unreal customer service throughout so comforting and genuine people. If I could give a million stars, I would. During what has been a very difficult time at the loss of our treasured mum, we could not have asked for better service. Nothing has been too much trouble, receiving phone calls to check on our welfare, making changes immediately when requested. Special thankyou to Rachel for making the whole process a little less painful, your service has been absolutely first class and we can not thank you enough. A big thank you to Steve aswell, again a very difficult and painful decision whilst chasing the headstone and wording was made slightly easier with your compassion and experience. Rose funerals we simply amazing. Friendly and professional. they took great care of dad, kept me supplied with coffee and guided us through everything - it felt like their chapel of rest was an extended part of our family home.Service provided was totally faultless. So respectful without being uptight, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to use them again and would recommend th in a heartbeat. cannot rate them highly enough -would rate 10 stars if I could.
