Lotte is great with our springer ‘Oscar’, he now knows and trusts her completely which given his timidness around people is no mean feat. Great friendly service and would highly recommend to others.

Lottie is amazing, she manages to deal with my demon dog and getting his nails cut. Couldnt recommend her enough.

Lottie is superb with our anxious & nervous Shihtzu, she always takes the time to calm her down before a groom, even during the groom if our dog starts to stress , Lottie will let our Shihtzu off the grooming table for a break to calm down..Lottie was our last chance when finding a groomer due to other groomers not willing to take on a very anxious/ nervous dog..Thank you Lottie , your an angel..
