took my bike in the orange and came out 3 weeks later with the sexy new blue wheel they claim its the same bike but i think i hae had an upgrade 10 stars out of 5

I explained via email what issues I was having with my bike. I was asked to bring it in the following morning. I brought the bike in at 9am and Phil said he'd have it sorted by 2 or 3pm.I called back at 3pm, Phil took me through everything he'd checked and what he'd sorted. He even said that if the problem persisted, then to bring it back but otherwise it should be fine.He didn't charge me a thing because it was such a small job.In short, friendly, informative and reliable. When I need an upgrade, I'll definitely be back.

Can't recommend Phil enough, another fantastic service on grandsons bike. Quick friendly service. He explained all that he'd done and gave sound advice. Inexpensive and personal service that comes from small local businesses.

Brilliant independent bike shop, friendly informative with a fantastic selection of bikes and all the gear that goes with it. Spoke for a while about my requirements and the proprietor came up with the perfect bike for me, love it. If u are interested in taking up cycling do yourself a favour and go and have a browse and chat, you will not be disappointed.

Had my bike and my daughters bike repaired here. Both times repairs were carried out promptly and without being up sold new parts etc. price is very reasonable. Would recommend

Phil is so helpful. On several occasions now I have needed help with getting something sorted on my sons bike at short notice and he ensures it is dealt with speedily. I take the bike here for a service also and I wouldn’t take the bike anywhere else. Phil is very knowledgeable and very reasonable. We would highly recommend.
