Dogwood Grooming

Mango had a lovely groom at this magical place for dogs. She was so happy to see the groomers. When I picked her up she looked so much more confident - if you can say that about a dog! Thank you.

I arrived to find that I had no booking. Well you can imagine how cross I thought I’d be, as it was hard enough to set up the appointment, as they are so busy - always a good sign.However, I had a lovely girl called Rose. She apologised & said that it seemed my appointment had been out in for the following week. As if saving me, Rose said but I could squeeze her in if there’s not too many specific requests.I was so grateful & not only was my Lexi ready after 90 mi items, but she looked beautiful. Rose was just wonderful.

Danni & and her team are lovely, helpful, and did a great job with our Wirehaired Pointer! We had been to another groomer previously who clipped our girl's fur despite asking for a handstrip. This left us at the risk of having her fur compromised meaning we might not have been able to have her handstripped again.Danni talked me through this at length on the phone before booking, and when we arrived checked my girl's fur to make sure she was okay to be handstripped.From the first call to the final groom, I felt at ease, relieved, and more importantly, confident that we had found a groomer we could trust! Not only did Bobbi have a brilliant groom, she was very content when I picked her up and looked to have had a lovely time being pampered and fussed in equal measure! I'm so glad to have found Danni and her team and look forward to our next groom in September.

I wanted to let everyone know what experience my dog had on his pamper package.Both myself and husband have never experience such a lovely caring place with our fluff ball. Ella is amazing I was very nervous to leave him as. he has always been with me or my husband, Ella put our mind at rest. WOW wow look how handsome Tyson looks and wanted to go back to Ella when we were leaving. Unbelievable customer service which does not exist any where I know. I will never go any where else and big thank you Ella

I took my dog for a haircut to Dogwood two days ago and when I picked him up from the groomer I thought I was happy about his haircut until I got home and I saw what you see in the photos! His haircut is horrible! Look at his photos and judge it yourself! Since we came back home, we noticed that he refuses to go outside and we are having lots of pee and poop accidents indoors! He was shaking and he is not himself at all! I really don't know what did they do in 45 minutes that he is so terrified?! I hope he forgets whatever happend in that day!

Always the loveliest service from the friendliest staff here, my dogactually loves it here and actually gets really excited as we go through the door.We’ve been quite disappointed by some other groomers locally, but never here at Dogwood. Would definitely recommend and will definitely book again and again. Thanks Dogwood Romsey!

Best groom ever, Poppy was well over due a groom. The groomer even called me half way through to check it was ok to cut her a little shorter as she was so matted . Poppy came out calm and happy. Thanks
