I had been in my last property with Highfields. I was happy living there and only left after 18 years, due to needing a bungalow. Even when I got in a spot of bother with arrears, they were patient and helpful to get myself back on track. I want to thank all the staff (especially June. Who was the manager in charge of my property), for everything they had done for me.

Do not recommend this agency unless you want to speak to rude people who hang up on you, specifically Cecilia. I just called to get advice on the lettings/referencing process and she was sooo rude, every time I asked a question, it felt like it was too much for her. In the end she hung up and I'm not sure why but I suspect she probably doesn't know what she is doing.

I was with Highfields property management for almost three years. I only had to leave them due to needing a bigger place to live and at the time they had no properties that met my requirements. All the staff I’ve spoken to and interacted with over the years have been great. Always fast responses to any of my questions whether it’s been by email or phone. Alan and Ana are amazing. I use to look forward to the inspections because Alan was always respectful and polite and we’d always have a good chat. Ana is really helpful and always pleasant when dealing with all matters. Over all a great management team.

Horrible agency. We went for a viewing on 29/10 and decided to rent the house which we have informed Lydia about on 30/10. Several phone calls later we have still not received any reply to our original email (22 NOVEMBER now) Absolutely no respect to people. In the meantime we applied through another agency, got approved and referenced in 2 days and are moving in within a week from the original viewing. I can’t even think how would management with Lydia look like! Avoid if you can!

I have dealt with this agent recently and they are very professional and prompt in answering queries. I dealt with all the staff members who are polite, knowledgeable and really go the extra mile.
