I’ve been to HS motors twice now and they’ve been absolutely excellent. Firstly they’re just super friendly and welcoming as soon as you walk in. Both times my car has been ready to pick up in less than 2 hours of my appointment and they always clearly explain the issues with my car. They also do not upsell anything and both times it’s been incredibly affordable and they’ve given their honest advice about whether certain parts needed changing or not. I highly recommend them.

Called to ask if they repair hybrid battery. lady there: yes we do. Went, put computer and told me battery needs replacing (I already know). Said we dont repair our new one for £650 (above market rate). Charged fee for telling me what I already knew.
