After being refused to be seen by our registered vet as they had a locum inexperienced with ferrets I booked in with Melbourne.Unfortunately our little Hope was euthanased. But the care and understanding shown was incredible. The vet ( Head vet I think) had so much time for us.What really was incredible though was when I left. I went to pay and there was a candle and a notice explaining to other clients that a pet was passing and asking them to show consideration. Which everyone did. From holding the door open, to smiles of sympathy.I am now registering my other 15 ferrets, parrot, tortoise and dog with them.Thank you. For your empathy, kindness and care towards my pet and to us. It makes such a difference at a difficult time.

Customer with Melbourne for around 5 years. Hundreds of pounds spent over the time. Vets and reception staff very good. Management however refused to see my poorly cat as I couldn’t pay that day and asked them to bill me. Was told no. Manager even smirking down the phone at hearing me telling her she should handle her job in a caring manner to loyal customers. DISGUSTING

Cannot thank this vet assistance enough.We are on holiday and our dog Jasper had an allergy creating hives itchy skin and swollen face. We got our appointment within the hour, liaison with our vet in Banbury and treatment. So efficient and effective. Highly recommended

Great vetinary service. I would say we had the most helpful and professional vet with outstanding care for our seriously ill dog. Great Vet supported by very professional and caring front of house staff. Thank you guys and keep up the fantastic standards

Highly recommend for the first time pleased when walking out of a vets. My jackabee is 9 and had to have some dental work which my insurance didn't cover although 2 of the teeth had to be taken out because of an accident anyway I signed up for there adult dog club it's cheaper then my insurance which I've cancelled and I get a boat load of services tablets and discounts on everything. For the first time in 9 years I'm happy with a vets and Melbourne is that vets. Im thankful for the staff who calmed my market down all-day. Thank you so much thank you

we had to say goodbye to our 18 yr old jack russell spike on saturday . we were told to go to melbourne in cannock as first vets in aldridge did not have a vet working .We have to say they were nothing short of excellent in their approach, professionalism and conduct .So much so that we have even just recieved a condolence card from them .We highly appreciate everything they did for us on that awful day and we will definately make the journey to cannock if and when we decide to take on another dog .Thankyou all at melbourne vetinary surgery
