Hi..I have been visited very 1st time to golden nail for my beauty treatment eyebrows and full body wax. Lady called jagu has attended me.It was such wonderful experience I had with herShe has attended so nicely and with lot of passion’s , as she has done my job so perfect I would say it’s just outstanding work.She was so quick I could save my lot of time with herI would love go again.. thank you so very much jagu I really appreciate your work nd your kindness to me.

i would give zero stars...never again. when i arrived i asked if it was possible to pay by card the manager said yes but when i was paying he said cash only. the manager and the other guy don't know how to do their job. It seemed like they were gossiping about me because I overheard them talking about my nails. I repeated how to get my nails done so many times, they laughed in my face, speak their language in front of you and badmouth you. I didn't get the nails I wanted but I got tired of how I wanted nails and said take them how you want them. they cut me several times, blood came out of my nails but they didn't care, they put gel on my blood.ah i asked the price and once the job was done they charged me double what they said.my nails are awful and i want my money back

Never come back to them.Very werid atmosphere.Felt like they were gossiping about me because I heard them talking about my nails.25 £ for nail like that is too expensive.Store dirty, re-using tools on multiple clients.Not saying that corona is over or any other illness that can be spread by even a little bit of blood and as I say they re-using they tools.My nails are okey, but my friends were doing much better work for me but, now I live in UK and they live in another European country, so I went to nail salon.I expected at least nice atmosphere so I could relax.I can say that once in my lifeI been in nail salon and I don't want to come back ever again to any.Thank you guys.

This was my first time visiting this place.Prior to visiting I called to book an appointment at 12 and was not seated until 20 past.I'm usually not fond of men doing my nails as they can be extremely aggressive and my appointment here further proved my point. I requested a gel manicure.... what could possibly go wrong?The man was extremely aggressive on my natural nail and I had no other choice but to tell him to stop filling my nail. The level of filing was ridiculous and harmful. He was more focussed on achieving a look rather than the health of my natural nail.Any nail tech knows that it is harmful to leave your hand in a UV light for long periods. The man insisted that I leave my hand in for over 2 minutes per layer ( he put on a total of 6 layers), which I found unsafe. I had to tell him that it is unsafe and as always they give you a story as to why you are wrong. Anyways I refused to put it in for that duration.The man continued to filing the sides of my nail and continued to use the cuticle cutter on my nail after he had put on the final coat of gel and as a result, the gel came off my nail and I was nipped.The man seemed rather inexperienced as the gel on my nails overflowed and he needed to make corrections several times.Safe to say that I will not be revisiting.

Unprofessional and unfriendly. The man doing my nails called me spoiled! They purposely makes the bottom of the nail thin so you have to go back sooner. Took my acrylics off after 1 week as almost every nail had air gotten under them. They are too many nail salons around to go back to this place again
