I needed someone that I could trust as I am 350 miles from the property I rent out. I contacted 3 firms, didn't hear back from one, had a stupid price from another with some of the works I wanted being declined which would have meant yet another contractor. The third however undertook all the work that I requested, at a very sensible price.James liaised with my tenants, and attended on a date that was suitable for them. He explained the work that was requested, and reassured them, that any work he carried out was no cost to them.Having spoken to my tenants after the work was carried out, it was confirmed that James was very professional, spoke to them with respect, and took a lot of care and pride in his work.Keeping tenants happy is my priority, because when they are happy things just work.Now I've found someone I can trust to look after my property, I'm keeping him!I'd highly recommend Sanders Secure.
