Ok service but it's annoying when you get told to wait an hour for them fix your console what won't work only for them say it was currupt and fixed now take it home and guess what it still doesn't work so iv wasted 2h of my day get the same place as I was before I went into that shop

They had a GoPro Hero 9 Black in for £220.00, I enquired as to what it came with, expecting lots of mounts & at least one spare battery, well it came with the case & that was on it!On that very same day, in fact, minute, as I showed the guy, the Hero 9 Black brand new was £20.00 cheaper on Amazon! So don't go hear expecting a bargain!! Potentially you may even be paying more!! So really do your homework before buying from here. Though I have bought from here previously, & got an OK deal! The staff at my local branch, Hanley Stoke-on-Trent seem disinterested, & not too clued up, so I'd always look elsewhere before buying here, though occasionally, but it is occasionally they may have a bargain, but I imagine their profit margins are rather good!Just my opinion!But second hand GoPro more expensive than the brand new one, same model!!Reply..Well I bought the brand new GoPro & with their subscription, I'd rather that than your 24 month warranty as I get that & so much more with my GoPro subscription!But as I said I've bought from you before & got a fair price on a laptop I think it was. I was just shocked you were selling a second hand GoPro £20.00 more than a brand new one. I even showed the assistant, who I think should have the ability to alter the price after checking for himself, even though I had shown him on my phone.Anyway it's all worked out rather well for me! A brand new one that is phenomenal & like I say with the subscription, so much more including unlimited cloud storage, which isn't just for the GoPro footage, but every video & photo I take fron now on!! So I'm rather pleased it was more expensive!

Rude staff. 0 customer service skills. The lady thats responsible for testing is very rude shouting over customers when talking to sales assistants.Went funny when i tried to trade 7 different devices.Claiming will only give bulk price. I asked the reason for this....she told me more than 2 items. To which i replied cex policy on bulk buys applies to same products. N that i am trading all different models. She then muttered something under her breath. In response i asked for my devices back and took them to local phone shop in hanley market. (Techzone mobiles)who paid me more and were also were pleasant.Avoid if u want be treated with repect and want a fair price for your products. Also rip-offs when they selling to you.

I try to avoid this store they try their best to make things awkward. Even though I have been buying and selling for years but the other day they couldn't find my account.I am not sure what it is but it's always this store which does these weird things.

A great place to bag a techy bargain or make a few quid on your unused games, dvds and tech. The staff are very knowledgeable and keen to help. There can be a bit of a wait to be served though as it does get very busy at times.

Staff are always friendly when I go and trade in my old stuff that I am unable to sell on marketplaceI do not tend to buy stuff from here due to them being overpriced but you can pick up a few gems every now and again.

The staff are excellent even if you don't know what you quite want they offer advice and don't make buy the most expensive but you get offered the best options and you it is always better spending a little extra

Visited to sell a few video games in exchange for a voucher so I could get a few old games I'm collecting. All went smoothly and it was a very fast and easy process.

Brought a phone from here. Got told there was nothing wrong with it. Got home ran a diagnostic check and straight away flagged up that there was a faulty battery. Stay well clear. If this doesn't get sorted il be taking these to trading standards. Phones should be checked before selling to a customer. Well they had of the wrong person
