Attended on a Monday evening (16/10), the lady who attended to us was very helpful and put us on the snooze bed to find our best mattress. She then helped us find these mattresses in store. Although we are yet to make a purchase, I feel more informed when we do come to buy a mattress.

Went in to look at mattresses and ended up purchasing one, bought off the shop floor, tried it and when it turned up it did have marks on it, but we thought we would ignore that. Slept on for one night after being told it wasn't a firm mattress, my god it's rock hard. Also we have a standard king size base and this mattress from dreams did not fit our base so think they sent the wrong mattress, but because it was off the shop floor not entitled to a refund. The mattress was most definitely not a king size as we have purchased a new one somewhere else that does fit our base. Hoping someone at head office reads this review and has the decency to get in touch and speak to us.

Staff were helpful and nice, and not pushy. The only issue I encountered was that their sleep match technology is not useful, it always gives a Tempur mattress as a match to everyone! Better off just trying different beds out!

Went in to look at some mattresses yesterday.the lady that served us was lovely and we did the sleep test. We were looking at the tempur range and after trying some didn't agree with the results from sleep match which were saying firm and we preferred the softer mattress which when spending 2000 pound on a mattress your personal preference surely comes into account. The massive downside was the store manager following us but not speaking and when he came over to assist with the machine gave us a horrendous look and walked off to then when we were leaving here him saying not nice things about us!Never in my 15 years of customer service and managerial roles have I seen such disgusting managerial behaviour and my business will most definitely be taken elsewhere.
