Dreadful! Customer service and lack of communication absolutely dismal. Replacement windscreen ordered on 5th May - estimated fit ent date is 1st June!

Got booked in to have windscreen done, cancelled on me last minute but I do understand why it was cancelled. Booked in again for Tuesday coming, had text this morning confirming my appointment then this afternoon had phone call say glass wasn’t ready. Well that’s not the excuse I had why it wasn’t done last week so after 1 month of me paying getting booked in still no windscreen so still can’t drive car. So let’s see if it’s done on the next appointment after nearly 6 weeks waiting by then

Had to wait 4 weeks for an appointment just to be told on the day that they won't be able to make it! 1 long phone call later and I was told someone would get back to me regarding making a new appointment, so far I have not received anything to let me know what's happening. Absolute joke of a company!

The technician's we're helpful and obliging but the actual admin arrangement was rubbish and had to wait for scaffolding to arrive on day of appointment, not impressed.

Excellent service once Id got past the ridiculous booking system that literally allows for no changes what so ever, and is impossible to nail down a time slot for. After asking for an afternoon slot, was informed the afternoon before, 4 PM, that my appointment was at 11 AM. Spent 3/4 hour on the phone trying to inform them I would be half hour late!
