Sofatime

We have bought a few sofas and during the years and been given the 'hard sell' by the less than knowledgeable sales assistants. This time was so different. A young lady called Emma, was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, not to mention patient. She answered all our questions with ease and was so polite and professional. Emma, is the type of sales assistant anyone would want to assist them. She had a smile on her face from the first minute she approached us, until we left the store. We were not hurried in any way but given plenty of time to choose our sofa from the wide range of beautiful ones on display. We would thoroughly recommend anyone looking for a quality sofa to visit this store, especially if all the staff are like Emma.

From start to finish every member of staff we have interacted with have Been professional, friendly and so helpful. We are so happy with the product aswell.

When I entered the store I initially looked round the sofas testing them for comfort and searching for the style I wanted. Shirley approached offering to assist. Shirley was approachable, friendly, listened to me, didn't try to push anything on me she gave me details of the sofa I preferred, advised Shirley I would discuss same with my husband and I would be back. I called to the store the following morning hoping Shirley was still there which she was and my husband and I decided on the colour and how many sofas and chairs we wanted. No complaints at all for the service, Shirley was lovely.

A great experience in choosing my new Sofa with Dawn in the Boucher Road Sofatime shop. Nicholas was equally as helpful working through the technology. If anybody is wanting a good genuine and most helpful experience in choosing a new Sofa you will have a fantastic experience and will not come away disappointed. Very professional staff member Adam from the Belfast store. Very knowledgeable, sound advice and discounted the product which I had asked for to include free delivery and assembly of feet also removal of packaging. Sofa in store was quality and fingers crossed everything is delivered to the same high standard as the initial sale.

I bought a 3 seater sofa and armchair plus a winged back chair in a contrasting colour. The chap knew what he was talking about and was very helpful. My 1st buying furniture other than a bed from dreams but I will definitely be back.

Great experience!! Adam R was a delight to deal with and we could not recommend him enough. The way a sales guy should be, full of knowledge and nothing was to much trouble to him without being pushy.

Good selection of sofas available, also good choice of colours/fabrics to choose from. Able to pursue without being constantly hassled by sales person. Mark did approach us, we explained we were only looking at this stage, Mark advised if we needed any information he was nearby. When we did see a sofa we liked, Mark showed us where the fabric samples were, and was very patient whilst we made our choice.
