Catherine is a fantastic massage therapist - both in skill, and professionalism in the workplace. Her massages help eliminate aches, pains, and tension, while waking up your muscles and giving you back some much needed energy. A MUST for workplace wellness at any point during the day - in the morning it sets you up for the day, midday it refreshes you for the afternoon, and at the end of the day helps combat the stresses of the day.Whilst providing a professional service, Catherine also provides a personal touch - she tailors each massage to the needs of the individual, provide a listening ear if they want to talk, and signpost to internal and external services that may be of benefit.As someone who has worked for a corporate massage company in the past, that has employed Catherine into many clients, I can wholeheartedly recommend her to any company, regardless of size, needs, and issues they may be experiencing with employee health, well-being, and morale. Catherine looks to provide support in the ways that are needed, and has always received fantastic client and employee feedback.Should I find myself back in that environment again, I will absolutely reengage her services, and in the meantime I will continue to recommend her to any company I come across that could benefit from her and her workplace massage (which is almost any!).Thank you Catherine, for the wonderful massages you've also provided me with personally!
