Well Pharmacy

What an absolute disgrace, a regular meds pack not available on the Friday as agreed, go Saturday morning and get told they are closing and can't hand them over leaving the patient without any medication at all. Many other customers having the same issues.This is not the first time we have been treated like this and was assured it would not happen again but it has.Staff were rude, unhelpful and need to be replaced by people who careAnd it gets worse, they have not returned the prescription so no other pharmacy can issue the meds and they won't even answer the phone

Whenever going to get medication there is a long wait ,a really long wait,sometimes does not have medicine when they have told people they have it.

Absolutely superb..... Forgot to order one of my prescriptions which I take every day. Realised on the morning that hadn't got anymore left and phoned the chemist and asked if any chance could rush it thru.. The lady on phone was excellent and said she would get on it and to ring back later on day... I did this on my way home and spoke to the Irish chap who I believe managers the chemist and he told me to pop on in and it will be ready. Always have a good natter with him if he is not busy and he always makes you feel really welcome and nothing seems too much trouble. When Well first took over from Hamblins things were a bit all over the place. But now it is firing on all cylinders again and is always my go to chemist. Thanks guys for the speedy turnaround of my prescription. Richard.

Never answer there phone, always late opening up and wait long while for my meds. That's why the 1 star

Was informed by my drs surgery that my prescription was ready by text when went in to collect was claimed they had only just received prescription was spoken to rudely by member of staff who said come back later (in abrupt manner) so I call them 4hrs later and speak to the manager they still hadn’t sorted my prescription i finally managed to get my medication at 4:30pm what a complete and utter shambles I have informed my drs to change my pharmacy as this is the second time that they can’t organise themselves last month I had to wait over 24hrs for my prescription to be sorted

Gave a 1 star review. Don't go here on a Saturday morning they are very slow and very rude. Date of new review 2 Nov 2023. They now have different chemist staff who are alot better than the previous ones.

Incompetent chemistAvoid at all costs even if you have to travel 10 miles away,I turned up at 3:30pm one day and got told that there pharmacist had gone out for break so no prescriptions could be given,Told to come back at 4pmI returned at 4:30 to be told after waiting in there queue for 15min that the prescription wasn’t ready,I returned the following day to join one of there queues again,They are painfully slow to the point a healthy adult could faint,Very weak managed pharmacistAvoid you have been warned

Big queues, very slow servicing. Most of the times staff searching for the prescription over 5 min. My private GP (the largest private healthcare group) couldn't get in touch with them to pass my prescription. The simple answer from the pharmacy staff was no one has been in touch with them or the private GP has done something wrong, LOL. Bad, just bad!

Friendly, professional and understanding on more than one occasion. That's a 10. Thank you so much for your help
