Moving into our new home in Deal was incredibly smooth and hassle-free, thanks to our lettings manager Laura. She was consistently kind and helpful throughout the entire process. We are truly grateful.

We were very happy with the professionalism and communication that Bright & Bright showed during what was a very difficult sales process. The marketing had a number of false starts (mainly due to the potential purchasers not reading the particulars). We were kept well informed on buyer’s interest but a considerable amount of interest seemed to be wrongly placed due to not reading the particulars in advance of a viewing.At the end of the day, Bright & Bright found a buyer who eventually completed the purchase but we do feel that Bright & Bright (at the end of the process) seemed to be more supportive of the purchasers than us as sellers (and who would be paying them their commission) in pushing for completion at a mutually acceptable time.We also found the communication about the state of the property from Bright & Bright on the day of completion most unhelpful in a very fraught situation. It seemed to be a total over reaction for which we have received no apology. So, overall, 7 out of 10.

This had to have been one of Bright & Bright’s most difficult sales. It was a probate sale which began at the beginning of Covid which made life impossible , added to which I live in Ireland which meant for 2 years I had to conduct the sale from a distance.When we finally were able to get things moving, agreed sales fell apart for crazy reasons.
