Staff are helpful but the stock levels are abismal. Most products out of stock but available for delivery. It's quicker and cheaper for me to order on Amazon if I want stuff delivered.

No nonsense trade/public hardware store with friendly and polite staff and a huge range of products.Similar setup to stores like Argos whereby you provide a product number and they will collect and deliver it to the counter for you to take away.If I had to find a fault it would be their car park. This is only a minor issue but it can be difficult for larger vehicles (vans) to get in and out of spaces when it's busy.Reasonable prices and a simple, drama free shipping experience.

Easy to use the click and collect, well organised and we'll situated to avoid the busy main road. Haven't used the item I bought yet, so that's a whole other review!

What I like about Screwfix is you can check to see if they have what you want, reserve it, turn up, and then buy it. The service is very quick with usually no wait at all. You can turn up and if your item is not in stock, they can usually get it delivered the next day. There is parking outside and for me it is all very straightforward.

An excellent company in all respects. Fantastic stock, wonderful customer service and prices that are hard to beat. Does make you wonder why B&Q is so expensive compared to Screwfix when they are owned by the same parent company. You will have to search very hard to beat Screwfix.
