If I could give 10 stars I would. I've just returned from picking my puppy up from Wendy. It was his first groom and to say that I'm happy and impressed is definitely an under statement. Wendy was lovely as I was a wreck lol. I'm so happy that I've already booked him in for his next appointment. I can highly recommend Coastal Paws for your dogs grooming. Amazing

Amazing service my dog Penny was shaking going in but coming out after her pamper she was bouncing around, playing and puppy like and smelled beautiful, will be sending all 3 dogs next time

One of the best in the area for service and also pricing is great. I used to take our two to a well known pet grooming chain but Coastal comes in cheaper and a lot better quality. both Cindy & Clive come out smelling great. We wont go anywhere else and the customer service is great too. Thank you

First time we've used Wendy. We holiday in the area all year. She kindly fitted our two poodles in short notice because our groomer at home let us down. Wendy did a fantastic job on our two girls..... Looks like we'll be coming to Colwyn Bay every 8 weeks.

Wendy is a kind skilled groomer. My od man has become somewhat grumpy in his old age but when he visits Wendy he always comes back looking like a Prince with his tail wagging. She has so much patience with him and obviously loves her job and her clients.

Took jasper for his first cut. Wendy did an excellent job. He smelt gorgeous too. And the bow on collar is a lovely touch. Wendy and hubby are friendly down to earth people. Fab price too. Wouldn't take jasper anywhere else. Sarah. X

I've never been to the coastal paws shop as I find it hard to get around but Wendy who grooms my two dogs is fantastic because she picks my dogs up and drops them back off after she's finished. As far as I know she is the only groomer who does this service for her customers. She goes above and beyond to ensure her customers are happy as well as the dogs. They come home with a brilliant shiny coat and smelling lovely. She does exactly what I ask her to do and I'm never disappointed with the service she gives. She has a lovely calming affect on my dogs and I know that they are both in very capable hands. They always look forward to seeing her. As soon as I tell them that Wendy is coming they get really excited. They always look forward to seeing her because they know that they are going to have a very nice positive experience when they are with her. When they came home today she'd put the most cute little bows on their collars. Her aim in life is to make all the dogs she grooms happy because that makes the parents happy. I'll be staying with her for a very long time to come.

Wendy is the best groomer I’ve ever used. Merlin comes back magnificent. Last time he was groomed he was in an awful state thanks to the kennels he stayed in over Christmas Wendy spent hours with him de matting him and he felt so much happier once home. He also quite happily goes off with Wendy when she picks him up and he can be a very anxious boy without me. He also had a skin issue round his groin and Wendy was able to take pictures and shave him close to help with his healing. Thank you Wendy.
