Very helpful friendly staff

Staff were really helpful and friendly.

I have been visiting trade counters for the last 25 years. Being an engineer across England and Scotland and have experienced all kinds of customer service. When I was a 17 year old trainee I almost expected to be ignored at the counter, but nowadays I don’t expect to stand at a trade counter for over five minutes, with three staff members completely ignoring me. And to top it off a regular customer coming in and getting severed immediately. The older of the assistants who I recognised from previous visits completely ignored me, no, I’ll be with you in a minute. Another guy who may have been a manager, just went about his business not even acknowledging my presence in the store. Absolutely shocking rudeness and ignorance. Time for a career change boys. Customer service really isn’t your thing. Also no masks on.
