The team at Staxo are simply brilliant! Reall has been working with Staxo on a bespoke Investment Management System, and right from the start the team at Staxo has really taken the time to get to know who we are, what we do, and what we need for the business, so they have the best understanding to be able to create a system that really works and does what we need it to do. There are some complexities to what we need from this system, and the development team at Staxo has never shied away from that or tried to simplify it, but fully embraced the challenge and has produced a system that really works, that will make processes so much easier for our staff and save us an enormous amount of time. We are delighted with the result.

Staxo have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish with our project, from the moment I spoke to them about my enquiry, to building our new website, to our recent launch. The project managers, designers, developers and support team are brilliant at what they do, and so easy and fun to work with. They worked so hard to understand our product and our users, and they have been responsive and professional throughout. We have always felt that they truly cared about the success of our product, and enjoyed being an integral part of its development. We went to them to get a new website, but their insight and support has meant that that we have ended up with far more than that. They often had ideas or solutions to things that we hadn't thought we even needed. HIGHLY recommended!

I agreed to a contract with them after…I agreed to a contract with them after strong consideration thinking they were a real London company but in the end I find out Peter is no more than a used car sales man promise the agreed works for £33k and paid them in fullin the end I had to use another company to carry on with my project after 12 months of wasted time I was so disappointed they have excuses for everything I strongly recommend not to use StaxoI really wasted my money, all they want is the money chasing up front payments, getting a reply takes a week to try and do the work or discuss the project what a joke I have had to re build everything with new developer as nothing functions it was full of bugs what they sent had nothing but problems I should have just burned 33k I can’t believe itI say this to warn others as it is really not a good feeling to get ripped off

I've been working with STAXO now for over a year on a major (for us) project to build a new registration and user interface for the World Science Fiction Convention. They have always completed the work to our sometimes short time scales and have been quick to react to any minor bugs we have found in what is a complex systm.

Staxo were a late addition to the panel of vendors that we had to choose from for our project. Despite being late onto the panel, they had a very keen grasp of what we were looking for, and of how we planned to manage the project. The commitment that they showed, and their understanding of our requirements was far superior to any other company in the panel , including large multinationals, and they were selected. At each stage of the project they have lived up to expectations.They have added a touch of flair and creativity to the project that we did not have previously, and we feel that our new application and corresponding web site are testament to their good work. Staxo have been invaluable in building a WebApp solution, from inception (on scraps of paper) through development, design (logo/naming), build, testing, support and future enhancements. Their staff, including the Project Managers, are exceptional and have a knowledge I've never encountered before. They're eager to assist, fix and recommend. Staxo were recommended to us by a trusted friend, to build a new website for our small business. We would recommend them to others. Fiona got the ball rolling and was incredibly professional, friendly and was always available to discuss things with. Once we were on to the development stage, there was a lot more to-ing and fro-ing than I would have liked, and the ideas weren't quite what we were looking for. However, to be fair, at the outset, we weren't quite sure what we were looking for! We contacted Fiona and she got the project right back on track and helped with much-needed creative thinking, and the outcome is a website that we are really happy with and which meets the needs of our business.

I commissioned a website from Staxo last year. The team spend a lot of time talking on calls rather than listening to what the client wants. Through the process, there were mistakes that I had to correct multiple times because of poor attention to detail and poor listening skills. What I got was a poorly built website which was not what I wanted. It was a waste of £1800. I now have a website which is much more suited to our purposes. We had to pay almost 3 times more but it was 100% worth it to be given proper customer service and a web designer who truly wanted to understand what the customer wanted.

We deliberately went to a mid size agency rather than a one man bad type developer as we wanted to get the benefit of the expertise of a larger team. We wanted a marketing company that did website, not just a website developer. We got exactly that. Staxo are quirky, individual, for us the right combination of creative with scale and organised in a slightly corporate way. It was always all about the end product and it went live today. Our site is being used as a showsite of what can be done. Big thanks to our Account Manager Fi and the superb creatives Dora, Nelson and others that helped. If you know what you want and are collaborative, you can do something special with Staxo. Recommended.
