Britannia Removals

I move quite a lot and this was the worst experience I have ever had. Shambles from start to finish. If I could give no stars I would.They clearly didn't have the capacity to actually fit the job in. Packed really poorly but I think the removals team on the day were set up to fail. Tiny van sent to move an entire house.Traipsed so much filth through both houses.Didn't move everything. Spent most the time drinking tea and smoking resulting in our things only coming into the house after my young children needed to be in bed already.Definitely avoid.

Great service.. Dave and Darren were quite helpful moving all my furniture and were extra careful with the piano. Not everyone would do the effort of carrying everything from the 3rd floor flat to a house.Recommend!Miguel Lima, Client ID: 93982

Had an excellent survey done they were polite thorough and gave great packing advice.

Would avoid. At survey no issues were raised about volume and on day 1 they again said they'd get everything moved easily" over the 2 day job - even with smaller vans than we expected (Luton for day 1). Day 2
