Three Months ago I was referred by Action Bank Health Care to contact Nurse Bank Solutions to see if they will be willing to employ me and also train me as a support worker or cear assistant considering I have no working experience in UK.When I called Nurse Bank Solutions they were ever willing to employ me but requested that as part of their company's policy, I must have three Months working experience in the UK to be considered. I was assured that if I'm able to find a place to work I can always contact them after three Months.Three Months afterwards, I called Nurse Bank Solutions to inform them I now have three months working experience in the UK, having worked with another health care provider as support worker and that I'm still interested in working with them. To my surprise, so far, I have been given all the necessary support to gain employment at Nurse Bank. Nursebank solutions Birmingham is an amazing company with lovely stuff are really helpful and understanding. From the begging of the application process they have updated me and had answers to any questions I had.As this is my first healthcare job I was nervous for my first shift but I was given the training online before hand which allowed me to become more confident and learn new skills I would need on the job.They offer good pay rates with a wide range of shifts weekly , that I can simply book through their bookings team that are really responsive.I would 100% recommend Nurse bank solutions if you are experienced or not experienced as much because they offer training that free and beneficial for the job.Thank you Nursebank team ! :)
