poor customer service, rudely talking, I have asked why you are shouting and no customer service, he replied don't come to shop ,started screaming. I will recommend not to use his services and let other customer also know.

Excellent job on a old but good quality pair of nubock Chelsea boots. New leather welted sole stitched and coloured then finished with rubber outer sole. On time and a good price.

I teach just up the road and I love passing as I always get a wave...I’ve been taking my shoes for repairs and new soles for over a decade...recently my son was going to throw away his trainers as a hole appeared in the fabric from skateboarding...Harrow Shoe Repairs sorted them out. The best part was seeing my son’s amazement that shoes can be repaired...our other son then took his favourite brogues down to be re-healed...another great local business...happy to support in these impossible times...great job!T

Customer service fail !! Very shouty man. New key is slightly shorter than my original and STILL doesn't work after he re-worked it on the machine. I'm lost for words & he's lost a customer! Like another reveiwer said...Maybe it's time to pass on the business!

Avoid this shop. At his age, you would think he would be wise by now…has a horrible attitude and shouts if you ask him to correct his key cutting. Instead of apologising, he gets aggressive if customers return his key that doesn’t work
