Can't complain. Everyone is nice. I don't feel like a number. I am an NHS patient but I feel I get given good quality care and I'm not just rushed through.

Absolutely wonderful Dentists,The Receptionist is Friendly, talkative and an all round professional person, she spoke to my children when they had questions etc.The whole dental team is the Dream Team! Quick work with lots of experience. Best dentist all round! Thanks! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Very clean, text message reminders, close to fully ontime so far for all my appointments. I'm lucky to find an NHS dentist less than 50 miles from my home and I'm glad it is this practice. My autistic daughter feels comfortable with being seen here, which is rare for her. That alone shows how good they are.

Never any issues with the standard of treatment. But disappointing that although my appointment at 09.00 was the first of the day I wasn't seen until 9.20, and with no explanation offered. This has been the case for my last 4 appointments, both for dentist and hygienist.

To start with I didn’t have overly positive experiences with this dental surgery. I had a lot of issues around a filling. However I would like to put that down to perhaps teething problems in the beginning.Since then I have a new dentist and he is fabulous. He’s always polite, efficient and explains everything. I have severe anxiety and I am very comfortable while there.I snapped one of my teeth the other week. Called for an emergency appointment. The friendly receptionist informed me all the emergency appointments were taken but she would try and help.She promptly called back and they got me in that afternoon. Fortunately I got to see my regular dentist as well and he managed to fix what was left of my tooth.

Great team, always helpful and explain as they go along. My family have had several appointments and always a high level of service.

I couldn't be happier with this dentist. If I could give 10 stars I would. The reception staff are always warm, kind, helpful and friendly. My dentist Marta and her daughter dental nurse are the A team! Professional, efficient and nothing is too much trouble.

I am 68 and have spent most of my life fearing and avoiding dentists. In fact prior to my joining Marham Dentist it was 14 years gap from having an emergancy extraction at the London Hospital. However thats now in the past, I have now attended Marham Dentistry on 3 occassions and all within a year! my family cannot believe the change in me. I have had my first 6 month checkup and a crumbling tooth rebuilt. The dentist is a magician along with his assistant. The skill, kindness and consideration shown to me has given me a new confidence and I no longer dread the prospect of going. Thanks seems not enough but it is all I have.

I'm lucky to have been going to this practice since it opened and haven't had a bad experience with any of my appointments including check ups, fillings, root canal and hygienist.As soon as you walk in, I've been met with very friendly, calming and professional receptionists who go above and beyond to deal with any questions or queries.The atmosphere in both the waiting area and dental rooms is spotlessly clean and calm with background music playing.Once in the chair, everything is described as to what the procedure will be and the steps to be taken. I wanted to be a dentist so a bit on the nosey side when it comes to xrays, equipment used and even seeing the bits that came out my tooth when I had my root canal, which both the dentist and the dental nurse were happy to explain and show me. I don't know how they do it, but when it comes to the anaesthetic needles, you can't feel it. For so long, I've dreaded that awful scratch but not anymore.The dental nurses are brilliant and treat you with care from start to finish.Overall, this is the first dentist in over 30 years I havent been terrified of going to. Well done to all the staff there for making what can be a bit traumatising to something that isn't!
