After a missed delivery I contacted Yodel who were very unhelpful,that my next delivery would be scheduled for a day o knew no one would be home, a friend suggested contacting Isle of Wight distribution directly,The person who answered the phone was exceptionally helpful, telling me I was allowed to collect directly from the warehouse and also taking the time to go and check if the parcel was back from the delivery round yet.Well done Island Distribution Ltd with receptionists like the one I spoke to you certainly are doing something right.

Always had a positive experience, drivers have been on time & efficient & helpful with heavy deliveries if needed! Always had great customer service experience from the lovely ladies in the offices/phones especially Lisa S & Tia who have helped me on many occasions with parcels coming over to the IOW ! thank you all
