Popped in on holiday, after being let down by so many other places, wanted a specific ring in a specific size, and Natalie managed to accommodate me. And the ring was ordered in and arrived the next day, couldn't thank her enough, you've made my holiday

Yesterday I took my soon to be 13 year old to have her ears pierced. Although she was keen , I was somewhat reluctant. Loren was the young lady that assisted us on the day. Goodness me, what a truly fantastic and professional service we received. I can’t recommend her enough. She was kind, careful, knowledgeable , experienced and completely thorough . I have been a regular customer of this branch. Every time I am being asked if I need any help in selection or preferences. The staff is wonderful and also they do price match themselves for customers and offering the lowest price possible on watches and jewelleries.
