Amazing Pizza, best I've found in Cardiff and I eat enough takeaways! Their sides are also lovely, chicken nuggets, onion rings, garlic bread etc all so so good. The staff are always friendly, especially the manager Shawn. To top it off the prices are so good. I've yet to have a bad experience here.Delivery I've never required so can't comment on that service.

Absolutely shocking place. Ordered food from them and still waiting 2 hours later. Rung the place three times and they were very rude and hung up the last time after asking to cancel the order as it’s 2:45am and I have work the next morning so need to go to bed

What a sorry excuse for a take away establishment.Having being previous loyal customers for numerous years, this came as a shock.I had called to order a delivery for a large group, to which we were able to verbally place the order, and await delivery. Staff had called back to inform me they would need to collect our cash in advance. I was shocked to hear this, and when I stated this wasn't going to happen, as i had never heard of this to ever happen before, they became very aggressive and intimidating which was a shock to here and equally demoralising to myself and my group.How could a take away establishment demand cash prior to delivery? And equally, how could they verbally abuse regular, loyal customers, let alone any customer the way they did.They have well and truly lost our custom forever more.Myself and my group will not return to this establishment in future.

The most appauling service I have ever experienced. We were not notified when the pizza was delivered or when the driver was outside, I rang the restaurant asking where the food was and we were told the driver was still on his way but would still be a while. The driver then rang us proceeded to shout over the phone saying he has been waiting for ages without any notification or call from him and threatening to charge us extra. I explained how we recieved no notification and we will not pay the extra charge, he then proceeded to to shout at us finding any way to blame us, our phone number wasn't registered, we didn't call him etc. I proceeded to tell him he was wrong showing evidence and he threatened to take away our food telling us in a horrible tone to speak to him nicely or I'll take away your food". Then proceeded to tell me "I domt like you I don't like you" and attempted to bring strangers that were outside into the argument. I then got my food and told him to leave my property. My 5 friends and I are digusted with this behaviour and would never recommend this place to anyone."

I am absolutely appalled by the staff and the way they spoke to my partner. They have no respect for ANY of the customers and can't handle when there being told how awful there food was. Weve ordered quite often here and we will never order again! I'm going to make it very well known how disgusting you are!!!!

This place has dropped standards the old staff were better 2 years ago. The portions have shrunk and the hygiene has dropped. How can you rub sweat on the back of your hands and try serving customers absolutely disgusting. When questioned they just laugh please shape up before you poison customers.. I know alot of customers are intoxicated when they pop in for food please be aware.

Fancied a donner kebab after a very long time and this seemed closest place should have gone down the road to a better place.The donner tasted like plastic and i think he never let it cook enough wasn't nice at all.Avoid

Best kebab shop in Cardiff. I've been going here for 10 years+ The kebabs are fantastic. Burgers are decent too. I get on well with all the staff who are always friendly and helpful. I see a lot of the complaints are via Just Eat. I can't comment on that sorry as I always go there in person. I've never had an issue with my food or had a wrong order and I've never had to wait very long even when it's busy.

Would give no stars if there was an option, we ordered food off Uber eats the delivery driver that works for pizza time had delivered the food to the wrong address, when called they were ending the calls or not answering and if they did answer I was met with not but abuse and spoken to like dirt. When explained they had delivered it to the wrong address they said that they will not refund the money as it wasn’t their problem. Shocking customer service and vile people all in all. DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE
