I got a leak on xmas eve. Called 10 plumbers, & found that no one was available. Paul came out @ 5.30pm after he'd finished another job & worked til 7.30pm in the loft, finding the leak, repairing it & advising me on notifying insurers etc, for water damage, as well as insulating the water pipes in the loft. He noticed the pipes were bare & offered to insulate them for me.Paul was diligent, pleasant & charged me a fair price.

I recently purchased a new dishwasher and needed help to convert my wastepipe into a duel filter so that I could use the same pipe as my washing machine. Paul put some thought into what would be the best way to fix this with an old design that came with the house. He’s very polite and there’s no doubt he enjoys doing what he does. He’s also very clear with the pricing and accurate to how long the job would take upfront. I will be contacting him again the next time I need help with any plumbing or boiler work.

Had a kitchen sink plumbing repair required that involved several things fixed. Not an emergency but Paul was able t come and do the repairs next day. Kept me updated regularly about arrival time. Acted professionally and courteously throughout the work. Happily explained stuff and answered questions about the work and other plumbing services provided. Left everything tidy. Would recommend to others.

Paul saved me from a breakdown, I dropped my engagement ring down the bathroom sink and tried everything I could to retrieve it myself. Paul came within a few hours of me getting in touch and got it out after quite a few problems and a lot of patience! Thank you so much for your help, and a fraction of the price of two other companies that I also asked for a quote.Very professional, friendly, helpful and patient.Would definitely recommend.

Paul replaced the radiators throughtout my house. He has great communication and he completed the job in the time he said he would. He anticipated it would be a 2 man job to complete in 2 days, but unfortunately his colleague was ill. Paul worked extra hours in the evening untill 9-10pm and still managed to complete the job in 2 days!

Paul removed and installed a new soil pipe at my property. He was friendly, approachable and reliable. He communicated clearly about the job, timescales and availability and completed everything as described. He worked tidily and caused minimum mess/disruption despite it being a significant job. I would definitely recommend.
