Expected a delivery of a rather nice watch. Stayed in, then received an email telling me it had been delivered but clearly it hadn't. Rang the customer service number but just automated and no help whatsoever. Live chat function apparently had a 'technical issue' (I wonder how long that has been going on). No response from DX and left in limbo. Appalling service. DO NOT USE!!!!!

I would give this lot 0 stars if it would let me. Absolute joke. Ordered an item over a week ago to be told everyday that my item could not be delivered as driver couldn't find our house when lots of other companies manage to find us. In the end I cancelled the order and ordered another item from a different company however, the company ended up using this lot for delivery. And guess what I am still waiting for my item. I have waited in for 2 days to be told yet again that the item could not be delivered and that a calling card has been left when nobody has even been. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Appalling service. They have clearly lost my parcel but day after day keep telling me that it will be delivered the next day. You cannot actually talk to a human being as all telephone number just lead to an automated system so all contact has to be via social media or on line chat where all you get is apologies but no action. I would advise that you avoid having deliveries made by this company at all costs.

Parcel delayed by one day but company was aware and on the ball at sorting this for next day and came first thing, so no complaints.Parcel was in very battered box but driver acknowledged and apologised, even offered and waited while I unboxed to check contents, which were fine.

Can only get through if you have a tracking number. Recorded message at 5pm and a little before aay8ng office is closed.Delivery expected Tuesday, its Thursday nearly 6pm no sign.Live chat representative said he was looking into my delivery then left the chat.No email from them or response to email asking where my item is.Have photos on doorbell of delivery man on Wednesday knocking at door and walking straight off, no calling card.

I waited in all day today for a delivery due. At 5.45pm I received a text to say that they had attempted to deliver the item and had posted a card. Not only did nobody knock on the door, they didn't leave a card either. I was unable to sort anything out at 5.50pm other than a re-delivery tomorrow. Have put an official complaint in as clearly the driver just wanted to get home for his tea and what better way than to say you attempted to deliver something when you didn't. Clearly avoid this two bit amateur company.

Unbelievable service order something as a present it was delivered to a door on another street left on the door step for everyone to see . No card put through the persons door to say it was there. It was delivered at 10:18 so no idea why it wasn’t delivered as the person was in there house awaiting the delivery the very kind owner of the house it was delivered too took it over to the person it was for this evening .

Not happy that my delivery was left on my doorstep, although I was in at the time, no-one knocked to see if I was in,as my front room light was on it was obvious I was.Tracking said I signed for it,not correct,it could have been on my step for days or stolen if I hadn't had a caller as I had no need to open my front door otherwise.
