He was professional, with expert advice, whilst maintaining a level of causal service that calmed us and helped us to interact more with each step. Each agent that showed us around various properties was knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming. We would highly recommend Fox and Sons services, furthermore highly recommending Rob for advice or expertise!

Rob Taylor is the oracle for mortgages!!!! We have received an amazing service from Rob throughout the whole process and can’t speak highly enough of him, he has been reassuring through from the word go and he is genuinely a lovely bloke. His knowledge of the lenders and their criteria is superb as he managed to get us a deal that other brokers couldn’t due to his up to date knowledge of the market. Unfortunately for us, Fox and Sons were not helpful trying to secure the property we wanted that they were listing. I appreciate we were not immediately proceedable as our property was on the market with no offers, however they contacted me three times in the week telling me the owner wanted us to have the house and if only we would market our house with them then they could take it off the market for a few weeks. The house then had an offer put in that weekend and no one has been in contact to let me know it had sold, I saw it on Rightmove myself the following week. Some people may see that as normal but to me that is exceptionally rude considering how much they were contacting me the week prior and I had asked them to keep me in the loop if a concrete offer was received.

Can't thank Amber enough for sorting us out renting our property. Going above and beyond as our situation are very difficult. She made the whole process calm and painless.

Fox & Sons sold our property in Sherborne and were there every step of the way, we kept everything in house and used their Mortgage advisor Rob who was a great help! The whole team were excellent, especially Andy who continued to chase our sale. Thank you :)

Just recently moved into a rental in Yeovil. Communication throughout the whole process was really poor, we kept getting bounced between several people and no one really knew what was happening.At the start, Katie from Botley was amazing, really helpful and quick to respond.But Amber, Alice and the other (from a different store and I can't remember her name) weren't really helpful.Amber is slow to respond to emails (if she does) and Alice is new (so I don't blame her for not necessarily knowing) but when it was time to view the house, expecting Amber but it was Alice. She knew nothing of the property really and asked us to move the time of the viewing short notice as she had another viewing after (so felt rushed already) then asking her about the deposit and such and she really had no clue about our case.Again I don't blame Alice as she had just started, I just think it's really poor management and training to do that to her.To top it all off, we were then called only less then an hour before collecting the keys to be told that they didn't have them. We had movers booked and were arriving soon. Just really messed the day a bit and we were really lucky the movers didn't charge us waiting time.So I wouldn't recommend them, the Botley branch 100%, but not this one.

I have nice experience from fox and sons yeovil. Well supportive staffs and amber takes care of everything. And Alice also helped through the phone call.
