Ulsterbus

I am a foreigners and l am dark (A WHEELCHAIR USER)... But what can l say is bus driver is in here pleasant a polite very kind... l met most of the nationality in my life... But Northern ireland one of the finest people in the world.(good craic too)I can say east belfast routes as specially...l get the bus... Very good bus drivers stop burning buses and smashing the bus stops... They are there to take u to journeys and protect u from rain...

good spot for food, big bus station but many times no sitting spaces for everyone.

A lot of express services out of Europa (including Dublin services x1 and X2) will run from here by Ulsterbus both in and out. Majority of services run on time and screen inside gives you information on what stand your service departs from.

As far as bus stations go this is brilliant.Staff and facilities are good. Short walk to centre of Belfast.

Recently went on an Ulsterbus Tour to blackpool on 14/9/2014,Ulsterbus were great coach excellent driver excellent tours superb.only thing the hotel was a disgrace {Carousel Hotel}.It did not live upto anything it said in the Ulsterbus tours book, The food was very poorsometimes not eatable we ended going out to the town to get somethingto eat for breakfast and tea.The entertainment was rubbish bar closed at10.30pm everynight..I think Ulsterbus should look into this as i can see themlosing a lot off bookings, We paid £365 each for this it was really nots worth it.I hope that Ulsterbus look into this as soon as possible.YOURSDavid Johnston

Went on trip to Athenry. Apparently the driver had to do the trip at the last minute and hadn’t done this route before.We have been on several trips with Ulster bus before and drivers always excellent explaining things and playing music. This time unfortunately driver did not stand up and tell the passengers anything and we had to ask him each time we got off the coach what time we needed to get back. On the trip back passengers had a whip round for the driver and he never even said thank you to anyone. In his defence he was a very good driver and even when the coach developed a few problems he coped very well. I think he is probably a very good bus driver but just not cut out for the tours as lacks communication skills.

Lagonside bus station is a bit of a joke, usually empty at best off times. What buses there are should be moved to Glengal street station. Have all buses in central location.

I use Ulsterbus or Bus Eireann to and from Dublin Airport Good service, quality buses with free Wi-fi.
