Alderson House - Function Room & Wedding Venues & Wedding ...

Last September we had an English wedding celebration for my son ,who was recently married ,In the USA ,as many people could not travel to where he lives mainly due to Covid. Alderson House gave us a memorable day. Nothing was too much trouble. The venue looked amazing and the food delicious. We were lucky to be able you use the beautiful garden. The staff were friendly and efficient. Can not fault this place. Mary-Anne and Tim Long.

Alderson House was the venue for my Daughter and Son-in-Law’s wedding reception on Saturday 28th October 2023.The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, especially the Manager. He went above and beyond and made the event run very smoothly.The food was absolutely delicious!Thank you all for your hard work. It was greatly appreciated!I would highly recommend Alderson House as a wedding venue.

We had the best wedding day at Alderson House!Katie was incredible and organised everything perfectly. Pete couldn’t do enough for us and nothing was too big of an ask for either of them!All of the other staff were amazing too and made our day seamlessThe food was delicious! Everyone had a wonderful time and we just can’t thank alderson house enough!If you want an amazing wedding, definitely go to alderson house!

Laura and Steve Simmonds wedding and reception at Alderson House on 16th of September, 2022 was absolutely amazing! First of all being part of the planning was an honour and I found it fun and not as much stress as I thought it could be with Peter and Katie at the helm. They knew exactly how to help us and went way above and beyond to help make it all go smoothly, without a hitch and end up being a spectacular day!On the day, the room where the wedding took place was so beautifully set up. It was truly a romantic setting.The wedding breakfast and reception food was to die for!! There were even gluten free options that were delicious to say the least. Can't say enough about the food!The reception room was spectacular! Decorated so perfectly for an amazing party where friends and family celebrated. The D.J. kept us on our feet that's for sure! #Ronnie's Bar joined us as well to offer special cocktails that the bride requested. They even offered mocktails that were not only wonderful to look at but tasted like more"!Peter

Had our wedding here recently . Couldn’t have picked a more perfect venue if we had tried . The service we received from Katie and Pete was amazing went out of their way to make our day extra special and went above and beyond !!! Everything about the day was perfect thanks to Katie and her amazing organising !!! I’d like to thank alderson house for everything and recommend it to anyone ! The food was fabulous to ever guest said how amazing the food was . Thanks again alderson house u have left the best memories that will last a lifetime .

A fantastic wedding celebration party at Alderrson House last night . Katie, Peter and staff made sure everything we wanted happened. The DJ Dean had everyone on their feet all evening. Food was excellent and allergies were catered for. Thank you all.

We had our wedding here on the 9th September 2023. From the very first meeting with Peter we knew that this was the place for us. Peter was our master of ceremonies on the day and did an impeccable job, between the ceremony and wedding breakfast Peter even went out of his way to take the groomsmen to collect my car. Nothing was too much trouble on the day. We dealt with Katie (our wedding planner provided by Alderson house) for the 12 months leading up to the wedding and communication was brilliant throughout the whole process and she guided us on things we were unsure of. All of the staff on the day were absolutely amazing and dealt with the band, cake maker etc on our behalf. Everything was truly amazing however I have to give another special mention to the chef, the food we had was absolutely incredible and completely surpassed our expectations. We had messed the times up a little with the band arriving and our wedding breakfast however with only a days notice the venue agreed to move the cheese course to the evening, at no point were we made to feel it was an inconvenience (even though i know it must have been) and they just changed the timings for us. We got married here in 16th September 2022 and what a day it was. Everyone went above and beyond to make our day special and just how we wanted. We had both our ceremony and evening reception at Alderson House and we are so glad we did. Not only was it more convenient to be in one place all day but the rooms were made up to be stunning. Katie, assistant manager, kept in touch with me regularly and really help to stay calm and plan effectively, she really made the whole experience so much easier and I felt I could really trust them to handle things. They did the most amazing job. Peter, the manager, was so lovely and supportive and really helped on the day. The food in the day, premium buffet, was so good, they met all dietary requirements perfect and every guest commented on how yummy it all was. I’m the evening we had the pork rolls, everyone loved these and they didn’t last long with everyone running back for seconds and even asking for the recipe.The whole day was amazing and we will be eternally grateful for all the staff did at Alserson House and we highly recommend them.
